We rented the picnic shelter in the park since our place was too small for his parents and mine and it gave us a good excuse to have a fun gathering with family and friends.
Just the day before we "introduced" little man to the little walker we picked up for him. He seemed to catch on fast enough because the next day at his party he was all over the park with that sucker (well until it needed to turn that is!).
He had a great time and it was fun for me to see some friends and be social for a bit.
My friend even made him a Mickey Cake for him to attack. It took him a while and a lot of coaching for him to play with it, but eventually he caught on and stuck his hands in it.
He was more interested in playing with it than eating it!
Bets are being taken, but we are pretty sure little dude is going to be walking sometime this month.
